Q. How can I cash flow with no money down?                                                                                                                                   A. With the type of financing our Mortgage Brokers have available, there is always a specific property profile that fits the financing package.  This allows you to cash flow on every property.

Q. What kind of credit do I need to qualify for the zero down financing?                                                                                  A. Good credit is always helpful, but we have a number of ways creatively finance investment properties without good credit.

Q. Can I use you to represent us if we do not need financing?                                                                                                A. Yes, you can for sale, buy or manage, or even as advisors.

Q. Can I use the zero down financing for bigger rental units?                                                                                                A. Currently the zero down financing for single family, multi unit, commercial building, low rates for Investor line of credit offered              by our mortgage Brokers.

Q. How many zero down deals can I do?                                                                                                                     A. It really depends on your credit, your income, your cash flow, debit.  That decision is made by Mortgage Brokers, but typically you can get up to 4 Properties especially if you are married because we can use your spouses income in your application.

Q. What is the amount of money we can qualify for to purchase investment properties?                                                   A. Again, it depends on a number of variables, but the typical amount is between $200,000 and $3 million for the average person with decent/high income.

Q. Do you finance and consult out of state?                                                                                                     A. Yes, our broker currently is licensed to accept applications in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Florida, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, Colorado, Montana, Minnesota, California, Idaho & Connecticut.
